Follow these steps to disable 2-Factor Authenticator in the Nanovest app:
1. Open the app and enter your phone number
2. On the 2FA page, click on "Reset 2FA."
3. Enter your PIN
4. Enter your NIK
5. Enter the email OTP
6. Choose the OTP delivery method: WA/SMS
7. Enter the WA/SMS OTP
8. 2FA has been successfully reset, and please enter your phone number again to log in
