What is the solution for a locked account (not fraud) but digital assets transfer converter services?

The following documents are required for Appeal Procedure : 

1. Documents for Appeal Procedure must be submitted via email to care@nanovest.io with subject “Lock Account_Full Name” with attached data as follows:

     a. Full Name :

     b. Nanotags :

     c. Registered Email:

     d. Registered Phone Number:

    e. Detail of Chronology (Minimum: user activity in the app & transaction purposes and source  of funds used)

2. Users have to take selfies with E-KTP

3. A copy of the written user statement with a stamp and can’t be authorized

4. Complete copy of Proof of transfer or Top-Up

5. Users who received balance via digital assets transfer from users who are indicated to perform converter services, are required to send chat screenshots/Written communication from the sender balance. 


If your account is locked due to other indications of suspicious activity, violation of T&C, or technical error, the Nanovest team will review your account temporarily and will inform you of further developments.
