How long does it takes until I get the result of Appeal Procedure?

Nanovest team takes 30 working days from the time the complaint is received to examine any complaints or suspicious transactions. Nanovest will re-open access to your account so that it can be reused if there is no suspicious transaction activity and/or unfair use and is not in accordance with the terms and conditions of using the Nanovest app.
