My friend uses my referral code, but I/my friend/both of us do not receive referral the reward

• Try checking referral history to see the updated referral history.

• Have you met all the referral requirements? Please make sure that your friend register using a new number, input your code correctly, has finished account creation & KYC process.

• Have you completed the KYC? You are supposed to be able to receive a referral reward if both of your friend and you have completed KYC.

• Have you checked your internet connection? Try closing and reopen the Nanovest app and refresh the reward page.
