Why am I unable to link my bank account?

There are a few possibilities:

  • There might be a typo when you entered your account number. Please double-check and make sure it's correct.
  • The name on your bank account is different from the name on your ID card. You can contact your bank to adjust the name on your ID card.
  • The name on yourLogo_horizontal.pngaccount is different from the name on your ID card and bank account. Please fill out the following form to adjust it: Name Change Form. 
  • The name on your bank account is more than 3 words. Please fill out the following form to adjust it: Bank Account Link Form.
