Why am I unable to link my bank account?

Your issue might be due to the following reasons:

  1. There was a typo when entering your bank account number. Please double-check to ensure it's correct.
  2. The name on your bank account is different from the name on your ID card. You can contact your bank to adjust the name on your ID.
  3. The name on your bank account has more than three words. Please fill out the following form to update your Logo_horizontal.pngaccount information: Request for Account Information Changes Form
