Why am I unable to link my bank account?

Here are some possible issues:

  1. There is a typo when entering your account number. Please double-check and ensure it is correct.
  2. The name on your bank account is different from the name on your ID card. You can contact your bank to adjust the name on your ID.
  3. The name on your Nanovest account is different from the name on your ID card and bank account. Please fill out the following form to update it: Request for Account Information Changes Form 
  4. The name on your bank account has more than three words. Please fill out the following form to update it: Request for Account Information Changes Form
