My order has been pending for a long time

Few things you can do first:
1. Check your KYC status on 'your account' menu. In order for your order to be processed, you would first need to complete your KYC process.
2. Check if US market is opened. Orders will only be executed during US market hours, which have normal trading hours of 9:30a.m. to 4.00p.m (Eastern Standard Time) or 9:30pm to 4:00am WIB time, unless there is an close or early close due to a holiday.
3. Check your Nanovest history and see if the order has been placed successfully
4. Close and re-open Nanovest app
