Few things you can do first:
- Check your KYC status on 'your account' menu. In order for your order to be processed, you would first need to complete your KYC process.
- Check if US market is opened. Orders will only be executed during US market hours, which have normal trading hours of 9:30a.m. to 4.00p.m (Eastern Standard Time) or 9:30pm to 4:00am WIB time, unless there is an close or early close due to a holiday.
- Check your Nanovest history and see if the order has been placed successfully
- Close and re-open Nanovest app
