I keep getting wrong OTP

Make sure of the following:

  1. The OTP you received has expired, so make sure you enter the OTP within 5 minutes after receiving it via WA/SMS.
  2. If you receive multiple OTPs from Nanovest, select the latest OTP.
  3. You entered an incorrect OTP. So, make sure the OTP you enter is correct and accurate.
