Why can't I log in?

  • Your internet connection is unstable.
  • The phone number entered is incorrect.
  • The OTP code has not been sent to your phone number. For a solution, click 'Resend OTP.'
  • The device you are using is detected as modified, such as being jailbroken or rooted.
  • The PIN entered is incorrect. For a solution, click here.
  • The 2FA code entered is incorrect. If you forget/lose access to the authenticator app, click here to reset it.
  • Your account is locked or restricted. For a solution, click here.
