1) Your phone number format is not recognizable - please ensure it follows starts with +62 and is 8-13 digits in length. We can only accept Indonesian phone number for now
2) Your phone number has been registered in another Nanovest account. Please log in using the registered number. Want to log in to your account on a new device, Input your number, OTP code, and PIN. If you forget or haven't created a Pin, please contact care@nanovest.io.

A couple of options you can try to get proof of number ownership:
1. For a postpaid number
-Send your latest phone bill and invoice
-For new registered number, send the proof of number registration
2. For a prepaid number
-Smartfren: Screenshot your account on MySmartfren application or website (https://my.smartfren.com/check_nik.php )
-Telkomsel: SMS *444# then screenshot the replied, screenshot your account on MyTelkomsel application, or asked the proof of number ownership in Grapari -XL: SMS *123*4444# then screenshot the replied, screenshot your account on MyXL application, or asked the proof of number ownership in Gerai XL
-Indosat: SMS 4444 with format INFO[registered NIK] then screenshot the replied, screenshot your account on my M3 application, or asked the proof of number ownership in Gerai Oredoo, and check your NIK in https://myim3.indosatooredoo.com/ceknomor/index
-Tri: Check your NIK in https://registrasi.tri.co.id
