Why can't I submit my phone number?

To ensure that your mobile number is filled in successfully, make sure of the following:

1. Your mobile number is an Indonesian operator starting from +62
2. Your mobile number has not been registered in your Nanovest account.
3. Make sure you enter the correct Mobile Number

Regarding point 2, if you have never registered the number, you can contact us via Live Chat in the application or email care@nanovest.io and prepare proof of ownership of your number from your simcard provider.
