Possible causes include:
- Incorrect phone number format. Make sure you enter your phone number in the correct format. Typically, it should be +62 (for Indonesia) followed by your phone number without the leading 0. For example, +6281234567890.
- Unstable internet connection. Ensure your internet connection is stable. Poor connection can prevent the proper processing of the phone number input.
- The phone number is registered to a Nanovest account that has been deactivated or deleted, preventing its reuse.
- Technical issues. Try updating the app to the latest version or restart the app.
If the issue persists, contact us via Live Chat in the app or email care@nanovest.io for further assistance.
