Can I change my phone number after my account is set up?

Yes, follow these steps to change your mobile number:

1. Access the profile menu on the top left side

2. Click on Account and Security

3. Select Account Information

4. Enter PIN

5. Select a mobile number in the account information menu

6. Enter PIN

7. Enter your new mobile number and click continue

8. Choose the method of sending the OTP code (WA/SMS)

9. Enter the OTP received via WA/SMS

10. Congratulations, your mobile number has been successfully changed.

Notes:

  • Make sure the mobile number you are using is not already registered in the Nanovest app.
  • If the registered mobile number is lost / expired, you can fill out the form here
