Can I change my phone number after my account is set up?

Follow these steps:

1. Access the profile menu on the top left side

   

2. Select Account and Security.

   
3. Choose Account Information.

   

4. Enter your PIN.

   

5. Select your phone number in the Account Information menu.

   

6. Enter your PIN again.

 

7. Enter your new phone number and click continue.

   

8. Choose the method to receive the OTP code (WA/SMS).

   

9. Enter the OTP received via WA/SMS.

   

10. Congratulations! Your phone number has been successfully changed.

Notes:

• Make sure the mobile number you are using is not already registered in theapp.
• You can change your phone number independently in the application. Click here to find out the steps.
