Here are the required documents:

1. Proof of Heirship:
   • Original heir statement letter, certified by the Chief of the District Court; or
   • Original inheritance statement from the heirs, witnessed by 2 witnesses and confirmed by the village head and district head; or
   • Copy of the Religious Court decree (for Muslim heirs), stamped by a notary; or
   • Copy of the District/Religious Court decision (if there is a dispute), stamped by a notary.
2. Proof of Death of the Deceased:
   • Copy of the death certificate, stamped by a notary; or
   • Copy of the Certificate of Death (if abroad), stamped by a notary; or
   • Copy of the District Court decree, stamped by a notary.
3. Proof of Identity for the deceased and the heirs, such as a valid ID card, driver's license, or passport.
4. Heir Statement Letter affirming the truth of the documents and guaranteeing indemnity to Nanovest related to the inheritance.
