What is the difference between OTP and PIN?

  • A One Time Password (OTP) is a one-time password sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email. OTPs are used for purposes such as registration, verification, changing your phone number, and changing your email.
  • A PIN is a 4-digit access code used to log into the app and perform transactions. Only the account owner can change the PIN.

Important: OTPs and PINs are personal and confidential. Never share your OTP or PIN with anyone, including those claiming to represent Nanovest.
