Why is my KYC submission failing?

Our e-KYC process is straight-through and should be finished within 2-3 mins. Depending on when you fail, there are a few common causes:
During E-KTP submission
- E-KTP not clearly visible / captured
- E-KTP ID has been registered to another account in NanoVest
- E-KTP information submitted not matched with Govenment database

During liveness check
- Your face is not visible, due to lighting or face accessories
- Your camera cannot identify your face, because of major movements detected or someone else captured in the frame
- Your movement not matched with the instructions

Please ensure you follow the KYC instruction properly to ensure smooth process. You can try your KYC process again max. 1 more time, for further assistance please contact us at care@nanovest.io
