Why can't I make a withdrawal?

Here are some possible causes:

• The balance in youraccount or the withdrawal amount is less than Rp15,000. Make sure you have enough balance to make a withdrawal.
• You have exceeded the withdrawal limit in, which is Rp100,000,000 per transaction or Rp250,000,000 per day.
• Withdrawals are being made repeatedly in a short period of time.
