How to change your phone number independently?

If you forget your phone number, you can change it using the following steps:

1. Open the Nanovest app and click "Having trouble with your phone number?"

2. Select the reason for the phone number issue.

3. Verify your account by entering your registered email and PIN

4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered email

5. Enter your NIK

6. Enter the new phone number

7. Choose the method of OTP delivery (WA/SMS)

8. Enter the OTP code received

9. Congratulations, your phone number has been successfully changed, and you can continue to log in with the new phone number.
