I haven't received the verification email, what should I do?

If you do not receive the verification email in your inbox, do the following:

1. Check your Spam, Primary, Promotions or Social folder.
2. If there is one, move the email from Nanovest to the Inbox/Primary folder
3. If the email from Nanovest has moved to the inbox / primary folder, click ""Verify"" on the email

However, if you still do not receive the Nanovest verification email despite checking all folders, you can contact us via Live Chat in the app or email care@nanovest.io.
