How to report Stock taxes?

In the Annual SPT report for individuals (Article 17 of the Income Tax Law), income from gains from US Stock transactions is reported as other income in Appendix I Part A: Other Domestic Net Income (Excluding Income Subject to Final and/or Final Income Tax). And the position of Stock assets as of December 31, 2022 is reported in the list of assets.
