How to report Crypto taxes?

In the Annual SPT report for individuals (Article 17 of the PPh Law), income from sales transactions of Crypto Assets on the report as other income in Appendix II Part A: Income subject to Final Income Tax and/or is final and the position of Crypto assets is reported on the list treasure.
