How To Upload the Correct Identity Card During the KYC Process?

Here are some steps you can take to upload Identity Card complies with the provisions of the KYC process:

  1. Make sure the lighting is sufficient when taking Identity Card photos (not too bright or too dark)
  2. Make sure you use a stable internet connection
  3. Make sure you are using the latest version of the Nanovest application
  4. Make sure the Identity Card photo is not cropped
  5. Make sure the Identity Card photo is not damaged
  6. Make sure the Identity Card photo is legible (not blurry)
  7. Make sure the Identity Card photo matches the physical Identity Card (not edited)
  8. Make sure you use the original Identity Card photo (not a photocopy of Identity Card)
